Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Please note that swimwear, if removed from its hygienic liner, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Shipping timeframes vary depending on your location. We offer domestic shipping within Australia only, with costs calculated at checkout. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
Product Availability & Pricing
All products listed on our website are subject to availability. Prices and product availability may change without notice. In the event of an error, we will notify you and offer you the option to cancel or adjust your order.
Order Confirmation & Cancellations
Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you need to cancel or adjust your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations can only be processed before the order is shipped.
